Circular Knitting

Al Hadi has the latest technology in circular knitting in-house, with high quality machinery with a range of diameters and gauges.

Elastic Machines

We have our own machines for manufacturing elastic for fitted sheets, to ensure the flexibility of the elastics match customer requirements.

Dyeing and Finishing

Our 30,000 kg/day capacity is made up of the latest Thies i-Master and Fongs machines. In finishing, we have 2 wider-width stenters from Bruckner, Ferraro and Tubetex compactors as well as Santex dryers. Our facilities run on steam generators and oil heaters powered by biofuels and also by gas as back up.

Lamination

Our lamination facilities are designed for producing durable waterproof sheets by bonding specialized films onto textiles with precision heat, pressure, and cooling systems. It ensures consistent quality, efficient output, and flexibility for various fabric types.

Laboratory

Laboratory tests ensure quality control. At the Al Hadi lab, our experts test fabric GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, rubbing fastness, and perform ‘lab dips’ to determine the right shades of colors for orders. We have Datacolor 800 to ensure colour continuity from lot to lot.

Cutting

The cutting department rechecks fabric rolls to detect knitting and other fabric defects. The fabric is then cut as per customer's specifications in different qualities and sizes.

Sewing

The stitching department is equipped with imported European Kingtex back latcher over-locking machines, flat lock, elastic attachment machines, two needle machines, zip attachments and single needle machines.

Quality Control

The checking department checks every finished sheet to find stitching faults. Another pair of quality controllers check the workmanship which includes stitching, label, elastic and cropping.

Packing and Dispatch

Our packing and dispatch department conducts final checks on the products before and after packing. Each poly bag is carefully inspected before being packed into the cartons.
